Vicall ("Vicall," "we," "our," or "us") is a software company that provides real-time call-risk protection for businesses, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and institutions, including phone social-engineering protection and optional social-engineering phrase alerts. Audio processing results, including real/synthetic detection signals and optional policy phrase alert signals, are generated and consumed on-device in real time. They are not retained by the app as transcripts or transmitted to Vicall's servers.
