The MSP provisions the company and invite code via the portal. The user installs Vicall, enters the company code, and they're protected from call one. Zero helpdesk configuration required on your end.

Synthetic-audio inference and phrase-alert checks run on-device — CoreML on iPhone today, with the same privacy model planned for additional platforms — so detection is fast, private, and well-suited for sensitive business calling workflows. Vicall does not store call audio or transcripts.

Monthly terms. No long-term contract. 2-seat minimum to start ($30/month), then you can scale up per client as needed. Cancel your MSP account anytime — active client seats wind down at the end of their billing cycle.

Catches 90–95% of voice clones on the current model, validated on real hardware with sub-one-second latency. Accuracy improves continuously with model updates.

Yes. Phrase alerts are a configurable policy layer. Some clients will want the default social-engineering library on from day one. Others may start with voice-clone detection only, then add alerts for routing numbers, account numbers, passwords, gift cards, payroll changes, or industry-specific terms after training their staff.

False positives on genuine calls are under 1%. Detection is a signal, not a blocker — the employee still decides whether to trust the instruction. If a legitimate caller is flagged, your client's team can verify directly before acting. The goal is to eliminate the cases where someone acts on a cloned voice with no warning at all. You can frame this to clients as an additional check, not a replacement for judgment.

Currently deployed via Apple Business Manager. App Store and Google Play distribution are in active development. Early launch partners receive access first.

The current MSP product is branded as Vicall. Your clients will see the Vicall name in the app. White-label and OEM licensing are on the roadmap — contact us at press@vicallapp.com if this is a requirement for your deployment.

Vicall charges your MSP account $15/seat/month. What you charge your clients is entirely up to you — the standard MSP markup is $25–$35/seat. You invoice your clients through your existing billing system. Your clients never see Vicall's wholesale rate or receive a bill from us directly.
