Yes. Phrase alerts are a configurable policy layer. Some clients will want the default social-engineering library on from day one. Others may start with voice-clone detection only, then add alerts for routing numbers, account numbers, passwords, gift cards, payroll changes, or industry-specific terms after training their staff.
False positives on genuine calls are under 1%. Detection is a signal, not a blocker — the employee still decides whether to trust the instruction. If a legitimate caller is flagged, your client's team can verify directly before acting. The goal is to eliminate the cases where someone acts on a cloned voice with no warning at all. You can frame this to clients as an additional check, not a replacement for judgment.
